I'm not aware of any printing service available from Canon, but EOS magazine offers a service for printing the PDF as an A5 booklet, double-sided, wire bound. See:

Interesting that manuals mean different things to different people. Still haven't read the manual for my 60D and have had that 2-3 years. Same for my 5D3 too.

If I need to find out how to do something specific a quick Google helps.

Lots of good books out there too on how to use specific cameras.

I keep 'em in PDF form on my tablet and phone just in case. Better than a paper manual, as I never carried one of those in the field.
