    Hi From North East England

    Hi All
Just a few lines to introduce myself to you all.I am a keen amateur photographer from North East England and like to photograph any form of wildlife and also dabble at the odd sunrise / sunset attempt etc.
Having just purchased a Canon 100 mm L 2.8 is lens I am also Going to try my hand at some Macro shots once the warmer weather and lengthening days bring the insects and the likes out of their winter hideaways.
Looking forward to picking up lots of tips from you all and judging by some of the excellent work I have seen looking through the various pages on this forum I have lots to learn.
BTW could anyone please advise me how to load a list of my photographic gear and also my Flickr page to my personal members forum.

    Thank you

    Bob

Welcome Along Bob! It's a great place to learn and to show your skill! Would love your new lens, hope to see some of your images soon.

Regarding your list of gear, at the top right of your page, click on "Settings", and on the left hand side you will have options to edit profile, signature etc. Hope this helps,

Thanks Garry I have just made an attempt to add info in settings but can't see it on profile as yet.
I will try and post a file now as not sure how to do that either and going through Flickr is a non starter on this iPad,I may have more luck with PC.
Here goes with attempt using iPad

Thanks Russel I see that it has saved below my last post so that's good, file attached attachment worked too but looks a tad soft from the Flickr image.
Still think I am slowly getting there.

          Cheers

Re: Hi From North East England

Nice shot Bob. People find that posting through direct upload rather than through flickr, or whatever, softens the image quite a bit. Just something to bear in mind.

Your signature now shows all your kit too, so success! (Nice kit by the way!)

            Cheers,

                            Hi Bob,

Great value and performs excellently, if you go to to the Flashgun section you will find a thread on page 2 on this item.
I would post a link but can't get it to work!

                            Cheers,
