    Common Orb Weaver and lunch

    Shot at RSPB Dungeness, lunch is probably an azure damselfly. We watched this spider for some time as he crawled along the web for a snack and then went back under a leaf to digest before returning for another nibble

    excellent detail - although I couldn't have got that close, me and spiders don't get on

                    Both great detail, Stan, and each telling a subtly different story, but I do love Dee's (gruesome is good), I really love how the bodies seem to align so well together.

                      but I do love Dee's (gruesome is good), I really love how the bodies seem to align so well together.
                      there was not enough room to shoot side by side so we were taking turns, I got him going and Dee coming
