        the skier and his jet ski are a bit lost in the shadows. If you lift exposure by half a stop and increase the shadows to around +80, I was using Adobe Camera Raw, much more detail is brought out

          I'll give it a go Stan. Might have been a bit on the conservative side as the ol' D30 tends to noise up badly if you push the exposure too much...

            Revisited as per Stan's suggestion, surprisingly noise didn't turn out to be an issue...
