I caught this at Greylake RSPB over the weekend. Focussed on the flowers, set to my normal BIF settings, waited until something white appeared in the viewfinder and then took the shot. 7D2 and Sigma 150-600. One single shot at 1/1250 and f8, ISO 250 and I'm surprised at how well it came out. It looks like the butterfly was just in the in focus plane. Not completely because it's not pin sharp but you can see distinct hairs on it's face so I'm not quibbling
