When I commented on Alex's Arty images in the Black and White section I was reminded of an image I had made in New Zealand. I had never considered a B&W conversion as I don't really feel comfortable or have an eye for it IYSWIM.
I originally processed this in 2014, then this morning I just given it a tickle with NIK.

It might look good converted to b&w, maybe up the clarity and then convert.

Nice abstract. On that point I'd be inclined to crop off that tiny touch of reality along the top edge and make it about the pattern and nothing else.
