5D mkIII has gone!

Well my 5D has now gone what a great camera it has been and served me so well over the last 3 years, plus getting me out of some tricky lighting situations whilst covering events for the papers a real workhorse of a camera( theatre shots/large events/editorial/sports it really can handle them all with relative ease).

I will get another Canon DSLR Camera very soon (before the weekend with a little luck).So no switching to another brand or mirrorless lol, I much prefer Canon cameras and software as they're so easy to work with.

Sent camera and battery grip this morning so have to wait till it's been inspected until i get the Quote confirmed but it was a great offer so fingers crossed.

As for what next it's looking like the 1Dx (can't afford the MKII)I'm now shooting 100% sport so the obvious choice for me.
Though i will keep an eye out as to how the 5DIV performs and can easily do another exchange after 6/12 months if it really impresses which I'm sure it will.

I swapped from 5DIII to 1DX about 18months ago and never felt i missed my 5DIII. Enjoy.

As soon as i get my quote confirmed i shall get the 1dx sorted,though looks like it will be after the weekend which may cause me a few problems shooting for the papers this week
Don't think my little sony a6000 will cut it not with 16-50mm zoom attached.
