    Beefsteak Mushroom

    Another from the forest so named as it resembles would you believe an uncooked beefsteak !! As t matures it "bleeds" as can be seen from the red spots towards the bottom of the mushroom

        A couple of great shots Stan I believe they're edible but I don't think I'd be brave enough to try!

          not for me but they are one of the edible ones and apparently you can buy them in some shops in France
