Canon EF-S 55-250mm F/4-5.6 II IS

With some trepidation I bid on a Canon EF-S 55-250mm F/4-5.6 II IS on Ebay, the description said it was in very good condition and hardly used. I ended up with the winning bid of £72!

Anyway, it arrived today and it looks brand new. Not much chance to try it out today as the weather is rubbish but it's in full working order and the AF is very quiet. Very pleased so far

I too have that lens and simply love it. The images are very sharp with it. I use it as one of two travel lenses.

A good lens the stm version is supposed to be a touch better as well
