Autumn at Stourhead

The lake at Stourhead is one of the best places to shoot autumn colour but for the full effect you need to time the visit right. We went on Thursday but a little too early to get the full effect so will have to try again in a couple of weeks. Was still worth a few shots

the tree on the island in the middle there is the one to watch out for when it becomes a mass of red and yellow. We will plan another visit as its less than 40 miles, just have to time it right
