First of all - thank you for bringing the forum back. Has been much missed.
Posted a couple of threads with images - Pin Sharp in Macro and Young Lady Reading in People. No difficulties in posting text. Imported image addresses from flickr, and again, seems straightforward, but couldn't find the "Insert Image" icon (as mentioned in the instructions under FAQs) anywhere. No great problem - simply typed in the square brackets etc.
Both images appeared pressed up against the left-hand side of the page, and the usual technique of putting some spaces before the first square bracket of the image address didn't seem to move them towards the centre. Probably doesn't matter, just like to see images more central.
Will try an album when a bit more time permits, and explore avatar, group etc functions.
