      its an error within the forum thats been annoying people here for a while - it clears itself and you can post images later

        Still can't post images. Been a week now. If it's not a php thingy it's now an error 503 (what ever that is).

          try clearing your cache / using a different browser / direct upload / ...........or just get your voodoo doll out

            I posted a number to a new thread this morning. In the past I've found that creating the post and saving it, then adding the pictures afterwards can sometimes work where doing it all in one go fails.
            EOS 7D mk II, Sigma 150-660C, Canon 17-85 EF-S, Tamron 10-24 and a wife who shares my obsession.

              I had three failures this morning with the 503 error which, I've not seen previously. I gave up as I had to go out.
              I may try when I'm next home. I think I have my browser (Firefox) set to discard the cache on every exit, but... I'm loathe to try a direct upload on this forum as it does create quality issues with the uploaded image. Rant over [emoji87][emoji86][emoji85]

                it is very annoying Peter - but I do think finding this "needle in a haystack" error is not going to be a simple thing - Maybe Richard has just given up
