Unable to post picture for the competition

Hi

I have been unable to post my entry in the latest competition, and I receive the following '503' message!
''The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.'

Anyone else not able to post? Frustrating!

TECHNICAL UPDATE... At home, I'm on Win 7 (32 bit), running Firefox 4. At work I'm on IE8 on XP. Neither work, as it appears to be an issue at the Forum.
Robert - have any upgrades been installed, or maintenance work on the Forum?
