Incorrect time shown on posts

I posted a couple of messages last evening and noticed that the time stated on the messages was actually 1hr earlier than BST
I wondered if this is correct?

check your settings..............................

go to your name ( top right on page)

open to User Settings

Then Account

you will find Date and Time options in here -

It says at the bottom of the page "All times are GMT".

it shows how much notice I’ve taken to date of user settings and GMT!

I’ll just go back to sleep........
