    Difficult times

I guess like most people we're finding the current situation very trying.

For us, things took a turn for the worse 4 weeks ago our staffy, Amber, very suddenly and unexpectedly died. She was a ray of sunshine in these horrible times.

Wasn't expecting her to go so soon. Expected to miss her but not this much.

          Thanks for comments

I printed and framed photos of our pooch, and we remembered the good times.

Thanks everyone for your very kind thoughts. Not yet decided if another dog will be part of our lives.

Pole Sana, (many sorry in Kiswahili) I is heartbreaking when you loose a member of the family. May she be happy in doggy heaven.

Sorry to learn of your loss. Never owned a pet but am just getting used to looking after my stepson's German Shepherd while he is working and would be gutted to lose him. Can only imagine how you are feeling.

Thanks Brian. People who have owned and lost dogs can appreciate how much the loss can mean. Non dog owners may not understand.

Like a lot of owners I've taken plenty of images of our dog.

This is one of my favourites, taken with 5D3 and 70-200 2.8
