Photo or Slide Show on Website?

On my website home page ‘Railway Photography’ I have one photo.

Should I add more photos or make a Slide Show?

Colin my thoughts are to move the existing photograph to the top of the page above the text. At the place where the photograph is currently. Use a different image or use a different image at the top of the page.
Rather than having a slide show on your home page (doing so may slow the page loading for viewers on slow networks) consider having a gallery page with a selection of your images.

Edit. Sorry Colin I was using my phone in portrait mode which made the "menu" bars difficult to see. Hence my suggestion regarding a gallery you've already got covered. When I rotated the phone the menu bars were visible and not hidden in the Home Page title logo.

You could do what Peter suggested, but I think the site looks good as it is.
