Due to a very serious medical diagnosis recently {The Big C} I have reluctantly had to part with my beloved Canon DSLR outfit as I am not able to hump it about any longer. It was a big wrench for sure but I had no choice. I hope to still be able to contribute to the forum in some way in the future but that remains to be seen.untill then thanks to all the friends I have made here and keep your fingers crossed for me.God bless you all. Ian W.

Thank you Trev, its just what I expected from you. Update. Just finished a course of Radiotherapy last week and on Monday start Chemo via pills. I take heart that my neighbour had exactly the same as me and she is still here three and a half years down the line. Encourageing indeed. Its a situation of my own making in that I chose to smoke and am now paying the price. Let this be a warning to you all. Regards to all. Ian W.

Ian I am of the opinion that a positive attitude is half the battle with these horrid illnesses and I realise that from what you are saying already you have that in abundance. Grab yourself a pocket Canon and keep supplying us with your great shots, in compact digital, we will all miss them if not. In my prayers, you can beat it.
