I refuse to be beaten so I have developed a technique for working with an EVF and studio flash. With the camera to my eye I frame the shot in the viewfinder but as it is so hard to see the shadows in the EVF i momentarily close the viewfinder (right) eye and open my left eye to check shadows. With practice I can now shoot almost as fast with the R6 as I can with an optical finder. It is a bit tiring for the eyes but works.Alan
