I shall soon be leaving this forum as I have started the transition to another manufacturer. I shall be sorry to go but that's life. I will continue to post all the time I still have Canon based pictures to post and then will say a final goodbye to both this forum, EOS magazine and Canon Cameras (The later after 44years).

Thanks. I have to say that I will miss the interaction with everyone on here, but I just don't get on with the R system. I picked up my new camera, and a few hours later I had taken 290 portraits that I was completely happy with.
I hope that the forum continues to be a success and as I still have my 5D Mk IVs at present I shall continue to contribute shots I take with them.Last edited by SpringfieldPhoto; 25-04-2023, 09:23.Alan

Looks like my departure will be sooner rather than later as all my Canon gear is off to the Camera shop to be part exchanged for new non-Canon kit. I have some unpublished pictures taken with my Canon kit but once those have been posted I shall be gone. Good luck and best wishes to all the people that I have met on the forum.Alan
