CANT START NEW POST

I have been trying to post images to the new posts page, but the only page i can find +start new post button is on how to post images to forum. I am new to the forum and I do not think I'm stupid. I have searched the forum but cant find anywhere that explains this.
can anyone help

Provided you are logged in there should be a button at the top of each forum, eg if you click "landscape photography" there should be a button just above on the left of the page to enable you to start a new topic

First of all, where are your images, the ones that you want to post, stored?
