My scanner N1240U worked fine on XP. Now running Windows 7 Home Premium and cannot get it to scan. Device is recognised in Device Manager as working correctly and driver is up to date. software installed ok. hit the scan button and get error message 'WIA Driver needed'. What is this please , and where can I get it ?. Contacted Canon uk waiting for a reply.
