It’s been a while but after a detour including Fuji, Nikon and Olympus I’m back shooting with a Canon R6 and the kit lens. Early days yet as I only got it today but it handles nicely and the non-L lens isn’t too shabby either.

Nice to see you back. Did try Nikon but couldn't get on with menu structure, probably just me. I woke up this morning with a touch of buyers remorse which lasted as long as it took me to borrow my wife’s Sigma 100-400 and adaptor and go round my local park and find out just how good is the AF. Wow, with no setting up other than making sure animal detection was enabled…
