Oops, you mean Canon not cannon!...
EOS1000 (it might be the N version, I can't recall) and it's still in the cupboard somewhere...
First digital (of any kind) was the EOS D30 - also still in the cupboard and unlike the 1000 still gets taken out for walkies when I remember...

Film: EOS 650 followed by a EOS 5. I still have both plus a few other old film Canons acquired as ornaments.
