I want to buy an RF 1.4 converter.
The only place I have found one is at hdew cameras and I wondered whether anyone has any experience of them and also imported equipment

I too have used them on a few occasions with no problems. I don't live far from their office and went there to collect. It's a modern unit on a factory estate.

They are excellent in my opinion. They are pretty good on technical support too...not just box shifters. My 5DMk4 seemed to operate very slowly in terms of frames per second...their help solved the problem which related to switching DLO off to get max frame rate...they phoned me back with an answer in 10 minutes having researched it for me...not many retailers would do that.

Highly recommend Hdew, used them for bodies and lenses no issues at all....and you can phone and speak to them before you place your order
