Autumn

Today 22nd September is the first day of Autumn.

I hope to get a few different photos than steam trains!

Is Autumn your favourite time of year for photography?

I like Autumn for photography and it produces some fantastic pics, I agree that the colours are wonderful.
However my vote would be for Winter; living on the coast I am lucky enough to be able to walk to the sea - winter winds blow away the cobwebs and makes for good opportunities with waves and / or surfers.

My favourite time of year Colin, again for the colours and dare I say it cooler weather. Spent to long in hot dusty and humid places. The other advantage - we're a little nearer Christmas

I am excited about the C word as well Trev because we will be spending that and the New Year in New York with our son and wife, but let’s enjoy Autumn first.
