In this section it is stated that 'ISO value changes the sensitivity of the sensor to light' This is incorrect as the sensitivity of sensor is a fixed value. Changing the ISO changes the gain/amplification applied to the signal by the processing circuitry. This is important as that is why noise becomes worse at higher ISO settings. The circuitry amplifies the noise as well as the signal..
