Trying to connect eos 1300d to a tablet using a cable. The usb socket in camera ,according to handbook,is a micro b. Looking online to buy a suitable cable there are 2 micro b s neither of which are even similar to mine! Anyone know what this usb is please

From the limited view in your pic it might be a type B mini (as read from a quick internet search) but I certainly can't guarantee that. The form looks quite similar to a plug on a standard USB lead I have. Have a word with your camera shop.

I also think it's a Mini B and, coincidentally, I'm just hunting around for one to connect a slide scanner
