For me Gary the dark areas are a bit too dark and they’re loosing detail. The area round the Bar Itself I think would be better placed on the left of the frame as that section is dark and of a different material. That would leave all the brickwork which has more interest. If it is windows that’s the subject, do you want to loose some of the foreground as well?

I wanted to keep the foreground showing the window reflection on the road.
