Red Mill

While in Clinton, NJ this morning, I stopped by the Red Mill using and using the EOS R with RF 24-105 and the NISI 6-stop ND Filter I took this image on a cloudy day.

I too prefer the first and although the scene works very well in mono, looking one after the other, it would be colour for me

I’ve looked at this a few times....my preference is the first with more interesting sky and water, the second has the advantage of the tall vertical in the foreground but otherwise not as good as the first....and the last looks a bit empty and over smoothed.

I agree with the previous comments the first image is the strongest of the trio. If it were mine I may have cropped the base such that the white water diagonal was closer to the bottom right corner of the image. But that crop suggestion could just be my OCD going into overdrive
