Weston Carnival again

I submitted a mono version of one of my images from the 2019 Carnival at Weston-super-Mare in a challenge a few months ago and today I took a look at some of the other shots to see if they might suit a conversion.

I could not quite repeat the recipe I used before, but this is pretty close I think.
