Hiding from the virus (now in mono!)

As requested by John, here's the conversion - I've applied a sepia tinge but I'm not sure which I prefer (the B&W version is adjacent on Flickr).

I've flicked between the two on flickr.....vignette is significant in the toned version...cant decide as they both work well.....I think the sepia is best.

I'd be tempted to add texture and clarity to give it more grit.

I prefer the sepia, but agree with it needing a bit more bite, it's a bit too pristine, love your workshop.

Thaks folks, I agree so this is from Silver Efex:

Any grittier and I'll have to take the mask off

Silver Efex a bit too much I think
Prefer the sepia but perhaps not such a strong vignette

I’ve looked on Flickr, and for me it is B&W version which works rather than the sepia or silver.
Also zooming in with a crop to make it a portrait works well.

I prefer the Mono John. So pleased to see I'm not the only one that hoards up things in the hope that one day they will come in handy

Thank you John - I had a feeling it would be a good candidate!

For me, the plain vanilla mono conversion would be choice.

Thanks for the feedback folks, all appreciated and it shows we can all interpret an image indifferent ways.

There are some crops on Flickr that I created to use for my Facebook avatar.

The workshop is actually quite new as I built it last year to house some of the woodworking machinery I needed for a summerhouse I'm building and my other sheds were too full of all those 'it'll come in handy one day' essentials.

Headspace is a fine beer but at 5.8% best left for when I've finished work.

Boris lookalike? wash your mouth out

                      Cheers,
                      John
