Blowing at about 70mph at West Bay. Eased the glass balcony door open grabbed this then quickly shut the balcony door which was bowing in the gale force wind

You captured that very well - not an inviting sea. Was it taken from the New Sea Defence Wall

Taken from the apartment directly above the Windy Corner Cafe and directly above the new sea defence wall. We watched the roof fly of the ice cream shop. bounce onto the road and then over the single storey flats with the glassed in fronts and into their back garden.
