    Cayton Bay, North Yorkshire

Finally managed to force myself up and out well before dawn and made my way to Cayton Bay. Glad I did as it was a lovely morning.

Nice series Pete, bravo for getting out of bed early enough to get a sunrise image or two, I think one of those would look good printed large, well done. That last one shows the depth of field in the image very well.

Nice set and really like the last. If you do another 'early morning' would be nice to try and combine with a high tide. Then you could try a shot with a big Stopper and get a nice effect in the water.

Thanks again for all the kind comments. Planning to go back soon either for another sunrise with a higher tide or for an attempt at a sunset.

Lovely set and I am with Bo as number 4 for my favourite. That little bit extra depth of colour makes all the difference.

Lovely set and I would also place a vote in for the 4th image. Well done

I agree - a good set with No. 4 the pick - although I would have been sorely tempted to clone out the flare spot on the lower LHS

Thank you for all the comments.

John - yes, agree and have since done a version with the flare removed as well as the footsteps. When I get a chance I will upload it.

                              thanks again.
