I went to Whitby to get an image or two of the Red Arrows!

Well I did get one or two images of the Red Arrows as they flew across the town, none of which would be worth showing on here, in fact showing anywhere.

However whilst waiting I did make this image, that given the lighting and the fact that I was using a 70-200 plus a 1.4 extender I quite like. But would welcome your thoughts on it.

It’s a nice enough pic Peter but doesn’t work for me, I keep being drawn down to the brightly coloured beach huts and then back up to the breakwaters. For me the huts and the interesting sea would make a pic in their own right.

Ian having read your comments and scrolled the image to loose either the top or bottom. I agree with you, I think that there’s two possible images within this one.

I agree, just include the beach huts and the arc of waves.

This was a good candidate for a pano, that would join the bottom to the top.
