    Monet Bridge Patchings Art Centre

I was going to put this into 'Green' monthly challenge but it was taken in 2016.
    Thought it was worth sharing.

Patchings Art Centre in Calverton Nottinghamshire is a unique place and worth a visit when normality returns.
I'm a Member of the Art Group there and a lot of my photography is connected to the centre's activities..

Lovely photo Bob, thank you for sharing.
I’ve not been to Patchings Art Centre, will add it to my list of places to go.

Nice image Bob, it reminded me of a visit to a winery in New Zealand that had a similar setting in the garden of the visitors area. I’ll have to see if I have an image of it in my archive..

Thats good! It even looks impressionistic in a photo....with the amount of space occupied by leaves.....is it impressionist or pointtillism or both?

Good question! The lake's surface was covered in water lilies and they were causing problems with reflections.

The photo has been used by the Centre for promotional purposes.

It’s excellent and good to know it’s been recognised and used by the Centre.
