What a difference a year makes

I've probably put these in the wrong section. I'm don't know where else to put them without splitting them up.

It’s nearly a year since the first lockdown and it’s still amazing...what a good record in the shots.

        Nice set
Prefer the second shot, could not think of anything worse than having to sit on a beach like it is in the first shot.
I assume the third is the local Christmas Day Swim - were you taking part?
Is that you in the lime green speedo's in the last shot

Damn! I was hoping you wouldn't recognise me. There goes my street cred. It's the Boxing Day swim which usually attracts around 500 swimmers. No. My excuse is that I have to take the photos.
I agree with you about the first photo. I hardly ever go down to the beach in the summer. The village is full of holiday homes and the roads, as well as the beach, get filled up with parked cars. Lockdown has been a blessing in disguise.

            Great set and record.
pics 2 & 4 for me, those are the ones I like best.

I entirely agree about the beach - I am in a south coast town and avoid the beach in the summer.
winter is much better as all tourists have gone home and the sea can be dramatic. Great photo opportunities if only I was quicker at spotting them

Excellent record shots. I wonder whether the local papers may be interested in them.
