      Agree with Trev. However, I do like the lead in lines of the fence, buildings and hedgerows that take you through the landscape.

        The composition works very well as you have some lovely lead in lines taking the eye right through the picture but I also suspect colour would pick out the different areas better. Mono really can work well for landscape but this is a bit flat although processing with a bit more contrast may improve it.

          I agree with you on the colour but it was taken for a local club competition were the brief was B&W Landscape.

            Nicely composed shot, would have preferred a colour version though.

                As a mono it needs a bit more contrast and I'd be inclined to lose the sky as it's a lot bland.

                  I'm surprised you took the image in B&W rather than colour and converting it in post processing. That way you would get the best of both worlds.
