    Western Isles Waves

A trio of images from June this year when we were staying on the Isle of Harris. This particular day we went from torrential rain to sunshine then more rain the constant on the day was the wind blowing in from the Atlantic.

As always your thoughts and comments are welcome.

#1 Looking out from Nisabost Beach with the tip of island of Taransay in view.

#2 Now for the style that will probably split the audience ! I know In Camera Movement isn't to everyone taste. On this day I decided to give ICM a try out.

#3 A variation in composition from #2 this one includes Taransay in to the image.

Thanks Trev, I did put it forward in to the gallery CEO to have it printed at 24x16 but I was over ruled by the current Mrs S, I can't quite remember her choice of words. But it went something like I just don't get that

            The first ICM is excellent!
This is a situation where being there must have been fantastic but the first shot doesn't really convey that...albeit it is a perfect record of the view; the iCM does convey the magic....just my thoughts.

No 2 gets my vote as well. It has just the right abstract quality.

I do a lot of ICM (some of it intentional, too ) so I 'get it' and the second image (first ICM) here is excellent

                    Cheers,
