    Ullapool View

The first processed image of a thousand plus images, that I made on a recent trip to the Outer Hebrides. This was taken on the morning from the garden of the place we stayed overnight prior to catching our ferry from Ullapool to Stornoway. Ullapool is rather small in the image bu I think it was an image worth sharing.

The patch of blue sky didn't hang around very long the trip across the Minch was wet and very grey!

As always your comments/thoughts are welcome.

We've used both routes Uig, Skye and Ullapool to the Islands, sometimes going out from one and returning via the other. The ferry terminal at Tarbert on Harris was renewed/extended last year, though the extension to the Tarbert shore building is currently nearing completion.Lots of grumbling (understandable really as it's a life line) on Harris Social Media as it seems that the Skye to Harris ferry route will be out of service for six months from October.
