    Oldie sweet shop

I saw the building and it looked interesting as its apparently the oldest sweet shop in Spain - the real shot I wanted was behind me but it was wall to wall people and bloody selfie sticks grrrrr those should be banned from any decent location - So turned my attention the other way

Processed to try and give it an old type feel

Very interesting shot Ian. The colours work so well. What I want to know though is, what's up the stairs??

                Re: Oldie sweet shop

                Very nice indeed

The only issue I have is the bright white line along the top which looks like a strip light (I'm guessing it's a reflection of one) which is incongruous in such a timeless scene. Cropping it out would lose the keys and unbalance the image so tricky whay to do. A higher viewpoint would have excluded it - perhaps you need a selfie stick

                Cheers,
                John

cheers John - I did look at cropping that light out but as you said it does unbalance the image - I'll do my best to ignore your selfie comment ...for now

You do find some little gems, or seeing as this is a sweet shop maybe it should be midget gems.
Nice work Ian shame about the light below the keys
