Wow at F4 that is some impressed DoF I must say. Cool shot and think you could go more 'gritty' yet

      cheers

I did look at going more gritty but it was starting to look like noise - so pulled it back a tad with this

Nice image, quite a contrast between the barrels and the concrete.

Did some tweaking to make the barrels stand out a little more

              Like it
Great composition and the absence of colour serves nicely to emphasise the cold, cellar atmosphere. There is a fair bit of foreground distortion apparent but that doesn't distract from a very nice image.

              Cheers,
              John

thanks John - I did consider cropping to loose the distortion but liked it

Nice capture Ian, did you sneak into this cellar or were you on a tour.
                  What's in the barrels

                    Re: The Cellar

its a small local vineyard offering tours ...although loosely based around selling the wine.. I've been to others better but it was interesting - they only produce red so not really my taste but we had 7 different types...well it was free :)

                    glad you liked the image

Yep just my cuppa tea (erm) with those disappearing lines & I like the processing

Something weird going on with the lines (have the Horizon Police been at the contents?) but somehow it adds to the effect
