    Bank cloisters ..

Bank cloisters .. I saw this old building whilst walking around but at the time it was closed, so returned when the bank opened and was able to get this sneaky shot before I was told to move :)

I wanted to try and get a different viewpoint and was just able to get the pillars in the middle of the frame, plus try something different with the processing - Also I know I could have cropped in the side further but I think with the lens distortion it works, or not LOL

What a great looking space, I've never seen a bank like that before ( maybe something to do with my stocking mask [emoji6])
            Well captured Ian [emoji106]

                thanks Peter & Tom

I did find a better bank cloisters but it had paintings up on the walls and I just couldn't edit them away so gave up, although I did get a really nice pointy upwards shot that I still need to process

Generally good as the building is stunning but I share your frustration. Such a pity you didn't stand your ground and refused to move until the shot was captured and six inches to the left would have done it (couldn't you have pretended to be German? or a student from any country visiting Torbay in the summer?).

                  Cheers,
                  John

thanks Andy - I've been lucky on my last trip as I found some great locations, and still got loads of images to process

I'd need a lot of money to keep my coppers in there, what a bank!

                            Excellent shot Ian, really good
