    Cartegena tourist office

    This rather imposing building was some part of the tourist office in Cartegena - it was closed (of course).

    Again, taken with the M3, but only as a jpg, so no exif.

        Looks good to me....better to over embellish a simple functional building than have a boring purely functional concrete box.....looks like a good viewing platform at the top.
