Laurie, I think I would crop the top of the image to just above the top of the St Pauls Spire as the title of thiis image is "St Pauls" and not "St Pauls and surrounding area". The other thing I would try is to "soften" the background as much as possible (get the background out of focus by using a larger aperture) so that the image fits the title you have used.
The fact that you have somehow managed to get up tall buildings to get the images of London "sights" is well done.
I like the images overall but maybe, as I see you are using CS5, just a tad more contrast to give this one a bit of punch.
