    Kalmia

    Kalmia is from my Flora collection and was composed at Hopeland Gardens in Aiken, SC. It took several seasons for me to find an aesthetically pleasing group of buds and flowers in the area that these grow. What's neat is that they are usually found in the mountains. Thanks to the wonderful diversity in Hopeland Gardens I didn't have to drive 3 hours north to see them.
