          They often put their ears down to avoid detection , Most the time when you see Hares sleeping they have their ears down , he is well aware I am there , but by keeping still with no sudden movements he accepted me for sometime . It is unusual to see them sit up with flat ears like here , the expression really does make the photo though I feel . I once walked round a Hare in a large arc , he twisted his head as I walked round so his ears were always out of my sight . Knowing he wasn`t happy I just kept walking and didn`t stop for his photo .
