    Prairie dog pose.

    Another from the zoo trip;Cropped to make the position of it's toe and claw stand out more.The pose seems to say" Now what was I going to do next?"

    I was lucky with the background on this one.

    I'd make that a complete Square crop, knocking a bit off the top while I was about it. OK if it were a full bodied creature looking into the frame, but it don't work with a portrait shot,

              Thanks Colin,I was very lucky with that background,but the prairie dog's compound offered plenty of choices of views,most of them messy and not suitable.
