    Otter

I had to go into Portree to do some household admin. so took the 7D and Sigma 150-600 for a drive round the north of the island in the hope of seeing an interesting bird visitor or something.
Stopped off for a while near Duntulm and scanned the sea.Nothing much on the bird front, some distant cormorants, black guillimot and a diver of some description all too far away for a decent picture.
Disturbance in the water close by the shore drew attention. A pair of otters, looked like a mother and cub.
Overcast conditions meant a lot of noise in the pictures but managed to salvage one or two. Probably would have been better with the Canon 100-400L.
