                From what I could make out the mother had caught the fish for this cub and they came ashore so the cub could eat. The mother went back into the water while the cub ate. It seemed at this point the cub wasn't sure whether to chew or swallow. It spent some time just shifting the fish around in its mouth. It did eventually grasp the fish between its paws and chew.
