    Prefer the female which is full of detail and focus bang on the eye. Looks like the eye focus on the male is just missed

          Thanks for the feedback Stan. The focus on the eye of the male looks ok to me. Perhaps I need to go to Specsavers!

              Two lovely shots Brian but the second takes my money. The more you look at the markings on a female Mallard the more remarkable they are.
